FAQs

Q: Where are you located?
A: Lewisville, TX. North of Dallas for those of you not familiar with the area.

Q: How long in advance should I make a custom order:

A: For all custom orders I require at least two-weeks notice to ensure availability.

Q: Can I pick up my desserts?
A: Yes! I will provide you with the address once your delicious goodies are ready to go!

Q: What do I do when I arrive at your location to pick up my order?

A: Please call (817) 706-0647 when you arrive with your first and last name. Due to the security of the area I live in, I will bring your order out to your vehicle.

Q: How do I know when to pick up my order?

A: Please select "Local Pickup" in the ordering form on our website. Once your order is ready, you will receive a message including the pickup window times and the address. If you have any issues with scheduling to pick up your goodies within the time window, please call or email me so we can work out a new time.

Q: Can you make my wedding cake?
A: Unfortunately not, but I do specialize in a wide arrangement of other goodies if you're interested in catering or doing a sort of dessert buffet. If you absolutely need a cake for your event, please feel free to visit Hive Bakery in Flower Mound, hivebakerytx.com. Their cakes & cupcakes are amazing!

Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?
A: I require all custom orders to be paid in full prior to any baking being started. This ensures the ingredients are fresh, and the product is fresh upon arrival.

Q: How long is your product good for? What do I do if I am not serving it today and how do I store it?
A: I bake everything fresh and use ZERO preservatives. I recommend consumption within the same day, BUT cookies and other confections can be held in an airtight container at room temp for up to a week, or frozen for up to one month. But let's be honest, they aren't going to really last THAT long on your counter.

Q: Can you do vegan-friendly desserts or gluten-free items?
A: Unfortunately not. I do not have the facilities to bake gluten-free items and since I do not live that lifestyle, there is no way to guarantee the product is fully free of anything. Maybe in the future!

Q: Can you make desserts for those with allergies?
A: I cannot guarantee allergy-free products due to my operations being limited to my personal home kitchen. I don’t want to put anyone at risk!
